Today's show and tell is focused on an online business called Jazzy Diaper Cake. It is a wonderful concept in my opinion because it is a gift that not only looks wonderful but will come in useful. I was given a Jazzy Diaper Cake as a gift for baby shower and even though the sex of my daughter had not been disclosed, the end product was amazing, I loved it. This is the primary reason why I am sharing this information with you today.

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture to share with you as my mother in England has the pictures. I promise you though, it was really worth it.
 Jazzy Diaper Cakes was inspired by the birth of their first child in 2010. They had received a diaper cake as a gift and were amazed at how beautiful and, yet, useful gift that it was. Their aim is to provide new parents a gift that is not just unique but practical as well. Jazzy Diaper Cake is owned by a Husband-Wife team, that together, create such beautiful products. Since you began, how has business been for you? Have you been affected by the economic changes? 

  As with a lot of businesses, we would like things to pick back up substantially but we are confident that this is a business in which there will always be a demand for the product

Does your business still excite you? If so, how do you remain excited by what you do?

  The most beautiful thing about this business is that it celebrates the gift of life, which is truly a blessing.

What’s the one unexpected situation or circumstance you have faced since launching?
Finding the proper way to market the site without having abundant capital to start. Instead of paying a company a lot of money to optimize our site, we have learned the different methods ourselves and have taken on that responsibility.

Going forward, what do you hope for your business? More accurately what is the vision for the next year or so? Should we expect any new product launches?
We intend to let our customers steer us in the right direction. If there are additional products that they would like us to add to our site, we want to do what is best for them, and we know that ultimately it is a win-win situation

For those wanting to start their own business, could you offer any advice?
Even though it is important to have fun in whatever business you choose to start, remember that it still is a business and you must make sure that you plan accordingly from accounting, inventory, etc. You want to set yourself up for success instead of winging it.

So there you have it readers.. buy a gift for someone you love, care for or even for yourself...lol. They seem to have a lot of themes covered such as basketball, baseball and Winnie the Pooh. Prices range so there is something for every size pocket..including my own (a frugal person). Besides, it is not a gift that will sit there.. but a present worth every penny
